Nanny Hazel, I miss you already and now that you’re no longer here I know I will miss your laughter and cheer My heart it aches now that you’ve gone Realising I can’t visit or call you on the phone The only thing that puts my pain at ease Is knowing no more suffering from that cruel disease This and that fact you are now at peace With Joyce, your mum and my Grandad too And those that you loved that have passed before you.
